Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann is such a crazy and manly series, but it did romance surprisingly well X3 Kamina & Yoko had a cute start, and the volcano scene was seriously swoonworthy and memorable ♥ Their relationship left quite an impact on me, and deepened my appreciation for the series.

Version 1 features a super badass image of Kamina and Yoko ♥ These brave warriors are always kicking ass in style, so I wanted a bold and fierce design. This is one of the rare times I went for a grungy and chaotic look, and I added animated stars that twinkle in the background ★

Since launching the fanlisting in 2008, I made a few minor changes to the layout – mainly changing the color of the night sky. The original version was your typical black night sky, and I turned it into a crimson sky in 2013 for some intensity. I finally settled with black/blue in 2014 to mirror the galaxy ★
